Open Box.. What is it & How do I use it?

“Open Box” is an option that allows you to save on shipping. It is a way to hold paid orders until you are ready for them to be shipped altogether. This way you can add more items while limiting packaging materials for a more eco-friendly approach while helping you save.  It is not a free shipping option. 
You can use open box for your live sale listings and website orders. This option is available BEFORE checkout so I can give you the code for it and you can only use it if you are added to the list.
Open Boxes WILL NOT be shipped out unless you close your box and pay for shipping. You can close your box by clicking this link "Closed Box" listing  and adding it to your cart to pay your shipping.
 
We offer open box for US order only so you can combine all your orders to get up to the free shipping threshold 💖  

How long can I have an open box on my live/website order?

Open box is allowed up to 2 months. If you do not contact me after this period of time, it is not the responsibility of Dreaming of Crystalz to reach out any for items. It is the customer's responsibility to close their box on the items that they have purchased & choose the close box listing to close their box when they are ready to ship out.

How much is shipping?

US Priority Shipping starts at $9.20 for a small box or padded envelope, a medium box is $14.60. All priority shipping comes with insurance. 
US Ground Advantage starts at $5.85 only if its under 13oz and comes with NO INSURANCE. This choice is only chosen by the customer at checkout & they agree to the terms & conditions of this option.

Do you ship worldwide?

We are currently now shipping to US, UK, Canada. Please send us an email if you'd like us to potentially add your country to our shipping list.

How do I pay for my Live Sale items?

Live sales are for US Shipping Only. After making a claim on my live, please send me a direct message on Instagram letting me know this is your first purchase, your name & email. If you are a first time customer, you will receive a link from me 24 hours after the live through DM of where you can find your invoice to checkout. If you are a continuous customer, you can use the same link every time from the first one I sent to find your IG handle or go to dreamingofcrystalz.com and find your claim under the "Instagram Claims" tab at the top of the website. You have 24-48 hours to pay your Live Sale claims.

If you did not receive your invoice, please send me an email or a direct message on Instagram. 
Payments are accepted through PayPal & Shopify Payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can easily checkout as a guest.

Do you offer any Payment Plans?

There are a few options to pay in full or in 4 interest-free installments. 
There is no refund after the first payment has been made. All sales are final.
How long does it take for orders to be shipped out?
 Orders with paid shipping/closed box are usually processed & packaged within 1 - 2 days, but may take up to 3-6 days for processing & taking it to the post office. Our primary mail carrier is USPS & shipping times depend on what you choose during checkout for your shipping option. International time varies.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Once an order has been placed, the address cannot be changed. Please be sure to put in the correct address you wish your order to be shipped to when completing a purchase. For More information about shipping please visit out Returns & Shipping Policy page. 
 If an order is returned to Dreaming of Crystalz due to incorrect shipping address, moving, or other and did not update the forwarding mailing address, we will contact you regarding the updating of your shipping address and you will be responsible for paying the new updated shipping fee. If we don't receive a response within 14 days upon receiving returned & undamaged items, the buyer will be refunded in full (minus shipping costs).

Are your crystals real?

All of our crystals are real and from the Earth, unless stated otherwise. If there are any man-made or synthetic stones, we will always disclose this on the products page description of that item. Our crystals are sourced by a couple of vendors that are small family owned businesses with safe working conditions.

Where can I find my order confirmation email?
All order confirmation and shipment/tracking notifications will be found via email. Please check all your email folders including the spam folder. Add us to your contacts list to to have our emails come directly to your inbox.
